Wherever we operate we do so with integrity – doing what is right and doing what we say we will do. Our Code of Business Conduct sets the standard for our commitment to working with integrity and respect and provides guidance for everyone who works for, or on behalf of, Pure Painting Contractors.

The Code guides us in our daily work, demonstrates how to practically apply the commitments and values set out in our Company charter which reflects the standards and procedures applicable to Pure Painting Contractors.

We encourage a workplace where people speak up and ask if they are unsure how to respond to a situation or don’t understand any elements of the Code. We place additional responsibility on our supervisors and managers to ensure their employees and contractors understand and apply the Code in everything they do. Ken

Business Owner

Ken is the brains behind the scenes that keeps Pure Painting humming like a well-oiled machine. He has taken this company from an office in his garage to having Pure Painting offices in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. He has created an awesome team environment and truly believe in offering complete customer service from start to finish on every job, every time. There is no job that comes through that Ken does not know about and as he is extremely hands on he has his finger on the pulse at all times.

Jade

Office Manager

Since joining the Pure Painting team, Jade has taken up the task of re-branding our company and implementing new strategies to assist in achieving our business objectives. Her previous experience working with Telstra as a marketing leader led to the launch of a successful awareness building campaign for Pure Painting recently. Jade has also been involved in other areas of the business, from Project Coordination to Business Relations which has assisted her in developing national marketing campaigns that are well-tailored to the requirements of the business.

Eva

QLD Project Coordinator

Working alongside our Accounts Manager, Eva brings with her extensive administration experience within the building and banking industries. Having recently changed roles within our company, Eva has been able to develop an understanding of many different aspects to the operational side of Pure Painting.

Nicole

QLD Project Coordinator

Having come from Bupa insurance, Nicole brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our QLD division. Her bubbly personality is contagious, and she’s a whiz at scheduling and ensuring our projects run smoothly. From keeping our team organized to delighting our customers with her exceptional service, Nicole is the go-to person for all things coordination.

Jeff

Estimator/Supervisor

Starting as our site assessor, Jeff’s dedication and talent have quickly propelled him up the ranks. Now, he wears many hats as our site assessor, salesman, estimator, and even takes on some supervisory roles.
Jeff’s journey with us is a testament to his hard work and passion for what he does. Whether he’s assessing a site, making sales, estimating costs, or supervising a project, Jeff’s commitment to excellence shines through.
